Welcome to Laundry Plaza (operated by Shanti Laundry - Dildar Saree Polish). By accessing or using our website https://laundryplaza.in, or availing our laundry and related services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

• Service Scope: We provide laundry, dry cleaning, saree polish, ironing, and delivery services.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers must check their clothes before handing them over. We are not liable for valuables (cash, jewelry, etc.) left inside garments.
• Stain & Fabric Disclaimer: While we use best practices, complete stain removal is not guaranteed. Delicate fabrics will be processed at customer’s risk.
• Damage/Loss: In case of accidental damage or loss, our maximum liability is limited to 5 times the service charge for that garment.
• Delivery/Pickup: Customers must be available at the given address. Missed deliveries may incur rescheduling charges.
• Prohibited Items: Clothes with hazardous substances (oil, chemicals, paint, etc.) will not be accepted.
• Modification: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
